Viewing Saved Video

USING THE CUSTOMER PORTAL:

  • Log into the Customer Web Portal
  • Select Video
  • Select Saved Video Clips
    • Any clips with a valid person, vehicle or animal classification appear here by default.
    • To see clips only with a specific classification, or clips without a standard classification, change the selection in the Filters drop-down menu.
  • To play a clip:
    • In GALLERY VIEW, hover over the clip to play, then press Play
    • In LIST VIEW, click the desired video’s Clip Description

USING THE CUSTOMER APP:

  • Log into the Customer App
  • Select the menu icon (3 stacked lines)
  • Select Video
  • Select Saved
    • Any clips with a valid person, vehicle or animal classification appear here by default.
    • To see clips only with a specific classification, or clips without a standard classification, change the selection in the Filters drop-down menu.
  • Select Play
