Viewing Saved Video

USING THE CUSTOMER PORTAL:
- Log into the Customer Web Portal
- Select Video
- Select Saved Video Clips
- Any clips with a valid person, vehicle or animal classification appear here by default.
- To see clips only with a specific classification, or clips without a standard classification, change the selection in the Filters drop-down menu.
- To play a clip:
- In GALLERY VIEW, hover over the clip to play, then press Play
- In LIST VIEW, click the desired video’s Clip Description
USING THE CUSTOMER APP:
- Log into the Customer App
- Select the menu icon (3 stacked lines)
- Select Video
- Select Saved
- Any clips with a valid person, vehicle or animal classification appear here by default.
- To see clips only with a specific classification, or clips without a standard classification, change the selection in the Filters drop-down menu.
- Select Play
