To access the Alarm.com knowledge base:
- From your Web Portal: Click "Support" in the menu and choose "Help Documentation".
- From your Mobile App: Tap the menu icon (three stacked lines) in the lower right of the app and scroll to the bottom of the menu. Select "Support" then choose "Help Documentation".
