User Codes are four-digit access code for your Comporium security system. They are easy to create (and delete), and allow you to grant or restrict access to your home in a number of ways.

To create a user code:

• From the Web Portal: Choose Users and the click the code that you wish to change. Click the four digit code, make your changes, then click save.
• From the Mobile App: Tap the menu icon (three stacked lines) in the upper left of the app and scroll to "Users". Choose Users and then click the code that you wish to change. Click the four digit code, make your changes, then click save.

Master Code is the top level permission code you use to add other codes and access advanced Touchscreen settings.

Duress Codes are 4 digit codes that will disarm the system, but it will also send out a silent alert to the central station to send immediate police dispatch.

To add a duress code, from your Alarm.com web portal, select Users > More > Add Duress Code
